This is some plain old good social media goodness, clever editing and great idea remixed in on an old concept and made that much better! Probably cost them nothing at all however the online response/exposure is gaining some incredible traction.. 3,253,186 views (at last check)
All I can say is the discovery editing team deserve their x-mass bonus for this advert.. Classic, pure, social media goodness!.
I Love the World, a.k.a I Love the Whole World, is an end of 2008 ad campaign by the Discovery Channel to promote their new tag-line: "The World is Just... Awesome".
A traditional camping song known as I Love the Mountains alternately I Love the Flowers, sung to the tune of Hoagy Carmichael's 1938 "Heart & Soul", featuring a chorus of "boom-de-yadda, boom-de-yadda"
You can submit your own version of boom-de-yadda to discovery for inclusion on the their website.

We love them so much that we want to call out to ALL of our talented friends out there and ask you to show us YOUR version of the song! Simply upload your video to your YouTube page and then send us the link to your song.
